Before Travel

Yes. British citizens must have a valid passport to exit and enter the UK as well as any other country. It is your responsibility to carry the correct identification when travelling abroad.

You may. Visa and entry requirements vary by destination (including transit countries). Since processing can take time, it's important to check requirements and apply for any necessary visas or documents as early as possible.

Most countries require British passports to be valid for at least three to six months after your trip ends. To avoid issues, it's best to ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your return date. However, many European countries only require validity for the duration of your stay. For full guidance, visit the HM Passport Office and Foreign and Commonwealth Office websites.

Yes. Suitable travel insurance is required as a condition of booking. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you book, ensuring it covers all activities you plan to take part in.

Yes. If you need airport assistance, please notify us before you travel. You can arrange this by calling or emailing us in advance.

Yes. We will pass any special requests made at the time of booking to the hotel. While hotels do their best to accommodate them, requests cannot be guaranteed and depend on availability and hotel discretion.

Booking

Yes, booking details can be changed, but this depends on the type of reservation you originally made. If amendments are allowed, a fee may apply based on what needs to be changed. We recommend contacting us after reviewing your reservation details so we can confirm whether changes are possible and advise you on any associated costs.

We will notify you of any changes made by the airline. However, because last-minute schedule changes can occur, we strongly recommend that you reconfirm your flight 72 hours before departure—either directly with the airline or through us—to avoid any issues at the airport.

Not all airlines allow advance seat selection, and many now charge for it. In most cases, you can choose your seat during online check-in, which typically opens 24 hours before departure at no extra cost for scheduled airlines. If you need specific seating arrangements or have special requirements, please contact the airline directly using the reference number we provide.

Please review all details carefully before finalising your booking, as name changes are generally not allowed. In many cases, the ticket must be cancelled and reissued, which may incur airline cancellation fees and penalties. If you spot a minor spelling error, contact us immediately. We will request a correction from the airline on your behalf, though we cannot guarantee that the change will be approved.

Most flight tickets are non-refundable. However, some fares do allow cancellations with an airline-imposed fee. Please contact us so we can check the cancellation terms of your specific booking.
